JND系列空气能热泵除湿谷物烘干机

   一、热泵(Heat Pump)干燥除湿的由来:

  随着近年来农业的迅猛发展,农副产品基本实现了集体化、工厂化作业,使用传统的烧煤、烧气、烧油和烧电锅炉加烘房的烘干工艺已经跟不上现代烘干设备的进度。烘干科技产品在许多工业生产和农作物等加工过程中必不可少的加工处理工序。在全球经济不断发展的今天,人们的生活要求越来越高,对环境的保护意识越来越强,以及不可再生能源(如天然气、煤、石油)的日益枯竭。原有的燃油、燃煤等高耗能、高污染烘干设备的使用受到严格限制甚至被禁止使用。寻找一种可替代原有旧式的烘干设备,而且安全、环保、节能,显得越来越有紧迫性。热泵烘干除湿设备就是在这种环境下应运而生。
  二、空气能热泵烘干除湿烘干机的原理:
  1、热泵(Heat Pump)其实质上就是一种热量提升装置(热效率300~400%),空气能热泵烘干机是利用逆卡諾原理,用极少的电能从闭式烘干系统内的空气中吸取(或释放)热量过程。它与传统烘干方式的区别在于空气循环方式不同,料仓室内空气降湿的方式也不同,且不受外界空气相对湿度的影响。空气能热泵除湿烘干时空气在料仓与热泵干燥机间进行闭式循环,它利用空气能热泵机组中的制冷系统,使来自料仓的湿热空气流经机组蒸发器时,被蒸发器吸收湿热空气中的大量热量,使湿热空气因降温而排出其中的大部分凝结水(凝结水经水盘流出),成为干燥冷空气。脱湿后的干燥冷空气流经冷凝器时,被加热成为干燥热空气。在循环风机的作用下,送到料仓内以干燥热风的形式,使物料中的水分汽化蒸发成为湿热空气,又回到蒸发器,继续下一个循环。从而使料仓内的物料达到烘干除湿的目的。(见下JND系列空气能热泵烘干除湿机的原理简图)
  由于空气能热泵烘干除湿烘干机的整过过程为封闭循环的,其除湿烘干能力不受环境空气相对湿度的影响,并回收预热。而传统烘干方式是将外部的空气加热后,送入料仓经吸湿后,直接将湿热空气排出仓外,以达到除湿的目的,其除湿能力受到外部空气相对湿度的影响较大,且预热无法回收。

  2、空气能热泵机组主要由压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器和膨胀阀(或节流阀)等零部件组成。具体工作过程如下:①过热液态制冷剂在蒸发器内吸收含湿空气的热量(使其成为冷空气,并分离其中的水分),成为低压气态制冷剂。②蒸发器出来的气态制冷剂经压缩机的压缩,变为高温高压的气态制冷剂。③高温高压的气态制冷剂在冷凝器中将热能释放给干燥冷空气(使其成为干燥热空气),同时自身变为高压制冷剂。④高压制冷剂在膨胀阀中减压,再变为过热液态制冷剂,进入蒸发器,循环最初的过程。
  三、空气能热泵烘干除湿烘干机的技术特点:
  1)节约能源: 由于热泵具有其独特的热回收功能,其能效比决定它节省能源的特性。使得节能效果,比燃油,烧煤,烧气,电加热及红外线等传统烘干机更节能,更高效;
  2)干燥均匀:独特的布料机构,可达到料仓内的物料干燥均匀一致;
  3)安全:热泵烘干机的另一个特点是它的安全性,与煤气,电相比,它的安全性可提升4-5倍左右;
  4)干燥条件稳定:由于其利用了成熟的制冷工艺技术和封闭循环体系。因此,不受任何气候影响,冷风、湿气不会进入;
  5)干燥物品质好:热泵烘干是一种比较理想的干燥方式,接近自然干燥。表面水分的蒸发速度与内部水分向表面迁移速度比较接近,可使物料得到二次成熟的效果,使其色泽好,活性高;
  6)干燥参数易于控制:热泵干燥过程中,循环空气的温度、湿度可得到精确、有效的控制。

  Heat pump unit consists of compressor, evaporator, condenser and expansion valve (or valve) composition. The specific working process is as follows: the superheated liquid refrigerant absorbs moisture of air heat in the evaporator (make it become cold air, and the separation of the water), evaporated into gaseous refrigerant. The evaporator of gaseous refrigerant through the compressor, gaseous refrigerant into high temperature and high pressure. The high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant in condenser will heat release to the cold dry air (make it become the hot air), at the same time itself into a high-pressure liquid refrigerant. The high-pressure liquid refrigerant in an expansion valve in the decompression, and then becomes superheated liquid refrigerant into the evaporator, cycle, the original (pictured above). 
  三、The technical characteristics of heat pump drying unit:
  1) save energy: because heat pump has its unique heat recovery function, the energy efficiency ratio of heat pump can save energy. Makes the energy saving effect, than the fuel, burning coal, burning gas, electric heating and infrared and other traditional drying machine more energy efficient, more efficient;

  5) dry goods quality: heat pump drying is a relatively ideal drying method, close to the natural drying. The evaporation rate of the surface water and the internal moisture to the surface is close to the surface, which can make the material get two mature effect, make the color good, and the activity is high;
  6) the drying parameters are easy to control: the temperature and humidity of the circulating air can be accurately and effectively controlled in the process of heat pump drying.
